Misuzu Moritani is a shy high school girl with an unusual gift: she can “switch off” the entire world for three minutes at a time. She usually uses this ability to secretly observe the people around her. But one day, curiosity gets the better of her, and Misuzu decides to peek under the skirt of her classmate — the perfect and seemingly untouchable Haruka Murakami.

However, things don’t go according to plan. Haruka turns out to be the only person unaffected by the stopped time. What’s more — she catches Misuzu red-handed and threatens to expose her secret!

So what should Misuzu do? Run away? Or… form an unusual friendship?

Joining forces, the two very different girls look for ways to pass their three-minute slices of frozen time. And perhaps, within those moments, they’ll find something more than just fleeting adventures.
